SHIPPING

All art prints and posters will be produced and shipped within 2-4 days from the day you place your order, then it is up to the local postage service. Thanks to our worldwide network of print partners your order is printed and framed in the art print lab closest to you. This way we can avoid long shipping distances and reduce carbon footprints as much as possible.

5-12 business days is the approximate time that it takes for the package to arrive after it has been shipped by us. Please note that the times are estimates only provided to us by the postal couriers.

Depending on your country, you may be responsible for paying import tax, duty or import handling fee etc. Please check your country's policy if you are concerned about unexpected fees. Thank you.

To make sure you get your poster before Christmas make sure you get in before the following days based on where you place the order.

We offer free shipping on all unframed prints.
For framed prints the shipping costs are location dependent and are calculated during the checkout process. The below shipping fees are estimated based on the 50x70 cm framed print.

EUROPE* - $20 AUD

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Because all our artworks are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns. However there are some circumstances where we'll be able to refund your purchase.

Change of mind refund
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but because your print is custom made on demand, we can’t guarantee a refund. 

Our only chance is to act quickly and cancel your order before it has been printed and dispatched to you. So we ask you to please contact us within 24 hours of your order and we will do our best to cancel your order in time. This way we will be able to provide you with a complete refund. 

Was your artwork faulty or damaged?
(!) Artwork that is shown on our website is a close simulation of the printed work however colour may vary depending on your computer screen settings. Take this into consideration when you order your artwork, the colour might look  slightly different when you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your order being delivered to inform us of the issue. If it’s damaged or lost in transit we will either replace the item within 7 days or refund you in full within 14 days. We will require evidence of the fault or damage (this can be a photo of the product). For that please email us at hello@thealphabetstudio.co

Please keep any packaging as we may need to also see this or ask you to use that for a return.
